"IMAGINE THE THRILLZ..."
Winter and spring are fantastic times to spend at the Glenwood Springs Center for the Arts. Our programs are just a little bit more serious. Dancers train harder to hone their skills and to prepare for Dancers Dancing. Our artists prepare for our All Member And student exhibits.
We have lots of fun activities planned - it’s a great place to hang out with your friends and meet some new ones too!
We are also offering classes in blocks so you or your children can take a series of classes at a discounted price.
This winter through the spring we are offering a one-day Home School Program. You can bring your children from 9 am to 3pm every Thursday and they will have a safe environment to create art, pottery, dance, sing, learn to play the piano, guitar and become young actors! See information below
Come and thrill yourself by learning to tap into your creative spirit. Time to stretch your Imagination and your dollar this winter at the Center for the Arts. It’s fun! Affordable! You’ll meet new people and learn new artistic skills. We are proud to present high quality programs in art, music, pottery and dance. We also offer workshops and interesting classes for adults. Activities for children are unlimited.
This session is 4 months (January 11 – May 1). All classes culminate with Dancers Dancing on April 30 & May 1, 2010.
The Center for the Artsis filled with life and laughter. We nurture emerging artists and encourage everyone to dance with wild abandon, to play in the mud, to learn how to throw a pot instead of a tantrum, to paint with your hands, to tickle the ivories and to sing your hearts out. Spend some quality time at the Arts Center with your children creating and enjoying the arts. We are proud to present high quality arts and dance classes, kids' activities, workshops and many interesting classes for adults.
We invite you to drop-in on any class you desire. Please call first to make sure the class is going or if there has been a schedule change. The gallery is open year round with interesting exhibits. Come on over and hang out with us. It'll make you feel great!
